1. Permanent Tattoos
- Consultation & Design: All designs are customized based on client input. Perry retains the right to suggest modifications for safety, feasibility, or artistic integrity.
- Appointments: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Appointments must be confirmed in advance.
- Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any medical conditions that could affect tattooing. All procedures follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Refunds on completed tattoo work are not provided.
2. Non-Permanent Tattoos (Events & Parties)
- Booking: Events must be booked at least 10 days in advance.
- Pricing: A global price is agreed upon based on the number of guests, duration, and services required.
- Service Delivery: Perry will provide non-permanent tattooing for the agreed duration and number of guests.
- Changes & Cancellations: Event changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance. Refunds may be issued at Perry’s discretion.
3. Clothing Line & Merchandise
- Product Availability: All items are subject to availability. Perry reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
- Orders & Payment: All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Payment methods accepted will be listed on the website.
- Shipping & Delivery: Delivery times may vary. Perry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
- Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and artwork created by Perry DeFazio are the property of Perry DeFazio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
5. Liability
- Perry DeFazio is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or any issues arising from the use of tattoo products.
- Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions for permanent tattoos.
- Perry is not liable for issues arising from misuse of non-permanent tattoos or clothing products.
